RANVEER SINGH CHAUHAN, I.A.S TAKE OVER INFORMATION DEPARTMENT BUT MILES TO GO……

In the new regime of Teerath Singh Rawat as Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, it has been his first choice to replace the Director General of Information in bureaucracy as Mr. Ranveer Singh Chauhan, 2009 batch I.A.S dynamic officer.
D.G Information in DIPR comes direct under CM and very important to building image of govt. by get reached informations, govt. schemes, programmes upto grass root of society and print media is very important for this role. It has been great agony to mention that a large section of print media has been deprived for sometime by not allowing due facilities and benefits .
Now, Ranveer Singh Chauhan on his joining, gave Department Officers that transparency and communication must be maintained, for which media fraternity feel good and assured to provide their due support at time to time. In this regards, State President Uttarakhand for All India small News papers Association (AISNA) also congratulated. As mentioned this department is very important, but simultaneously very tricky and complicated for smooth sail.
